Capital Tankers Corp.: New share capital registered

Athens, Greece, 17 April 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement made by Capital Tankers Corp. ("Capital Tankers" or the "Company")
on 15 April 2026 regarding the issuance of 2,642,593 new shares at a price of
NOK 134 per share following the partial exercise by Pareto Securities AS (the
"Stabilisation Manager") of the greenshoe option granted by the Company in
connection with the private placement and admission to trading on Euronext
Growth Oslo.

The Company's current issued share capital is USD 133,692.593 divided into
133,692,593 common shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.001.

The new shares will be issued to the Stabilisation Manager and redelivered by
the Stabilisation Manager to Capital Maritime & Trading Corp. in accordance with
the terms of a share lending arrangement between the parties.

Islands-incorporated owner of modern crude and product tankers primarily trading
its vessels in the spot market. The Company owns a fleet of 30 super-eco vessels
