CapMan Plc has agreed on a EUR 30 million sustainability-linked loan facility agreement
CapMan has agreed on a new sustainability-linked loan facility agreement totalling EUR 30 million. The loan comprises of two EUR 15 million facilities, of which the first facility is an amortising loan with semi-annual repayments and the second facility is a bullet loan to be paid at the end of the agreement.
"Sustainability is a central part of CapMan's strategy, and we are pleased to continue linking our financing costs to our sustainability targets, as we have done with our earlier sustainability-linked notes. The new facility secures the refinancing of our bond maturing next year well in advance and provides us with further financial flexibility going forward," says Atte Rissanen, CFO of CapMan.
The loans have a maturity of three years from the signing date of the agreement, with a possibility to extend the maturity by a total of two additional years. The facilities include customary covenants and other standard terms.
CapMan intends to use the loan to refinance the EUR 40 million senior bond maturing in April 2027. The bond is planned to be refinanced during the first half of 2027.
