<div class="abstract">Carbiotix AB (publ) ("Carbiotix" or the "Company") has today provided an update of the staff re-organisation originally communicated on May 28th. Five individuals will be impacted by the re-organisation, including three full-time employees and two consultants. Included among these individuals are CIO Martin Erlandsson and CMO Richard Rosenbloom, who will thereby leave the management team of Carbiotix. At the same time, and as previously communicated, Carbiotix will be expanding its process engineering team to meet an increased demand for its NutraCycle service.</div>Erik Deaner, CEO of Carbiotix, comments "The staff re-organisation impacts primarily individuals connected to the LinkGut service and Carbersol product. In total, five individuals will be impacted by the staff re-organisation, of which three full-time employees and two consultants will be leaving Carbiotix. Included among these five individuals are CIO Martin Erlandsson and CMO Richard Rosenbloom.
