En ole varma, että onko oikea paikka kysyä, mutta liittyy kuitenkin Caverioniin. Huomasin että Caverionin osakkeella (jolla käytiin kauppaa pörssissä) ja lunastusosakkeella on eri ISIN-koodit. Pörssistä hankitut osakkeet poistuivat salkusta 0 euron hinnalla, joten tuli mieleen, että onko seuraavat tulkintani oikeat? -Pörssistä hankitut osakkeet on luovutettu 0 euron hinnalla ja näiden hankintahinta on tappiota  -Saatujen lunastusosakkeiden osalta on mahdollista käyttää 20% hankintameno-olettamaa

FYI: Lunastusmenettelyn rahat korkoineen ovat tulleet tilille tänään.

Caverionin osake on tosiaan ollut poikkeuksellisen pitkään “Kaupankäynti keskeytetty” tilassa. Yleensä tämä vaihe kestää maksimissaan pari viikkoa, jonka jälkeen osake delistataan, eli poistetaan kokonaan pörssilistalta. Pörssilistalta poistaminen edellyttää ostajalta vakuuden asettamista lopuista osakkeista ja niille maksettavasta korosta ja tätä ei ostaja ole vielä tehnyt. Ilmeisesti vasta nyt ovat hakemassa joukkovelkakirjalainaa loppujen osakkeiden ja koron maksamiseksi. Täytyy vain toivoa, että saavat rahat jostain vipattua ja homman maaliin. Lunastushinta osakkeista oli 8,75€/osake ja maksua näistä voisi odottaa arvo-osuustilille aikaisintaan heinäkuussa, jos rahat saadaan järjestettyä ja ns. riidaton osuus (8,75€/osake) maksetaan etukäteen, muussa tapauksessa maksu mennee loppukesään tai syksyyn, kun välimiesoikeus on lunastushinnan vahvistanut.

En ole kiinnittänyt yhtään huomiota tähän yritykseen parin vuoden ajan, mutta omistan osakkeita noin 40kpl ja tajusin vasta nyt, että näitä ei voikkaan enää myydä, kun sitä yritin tehdä  Onko mitään tietoa milloin osakkeet pakkolunastetaan ja millä hinnalla? Kiinnostaisi tietää tuleeko rahaa tästä nyt takaisin ollenkaan. En ole löytänyt mitään tietoa näihin liittyen.

Hyvä havainto, samalla selvisi sekin, miksei osaketta ei vieläkään delistattu eikä näin ollen vakuutta asetettu tai miksei tulevassa yhtiökokouksessa ole tarjoilua, ostaja olikin PA. No toivotaan, että saavat rahat jostakin kaivettua lainaksi ja osakkeet joskus maksettua.

Caverion wins a technical installation project for a new Scandic hotel in Copenhagen, DenmarkCaverion has signed an agreement with construction company MBG Entreprise A/S on the delivery of technical installations for a new Scandic hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark. Caverion will be responsible for the technical disciplines of Heating &amp; Sanitation, Electricity, and Security, including sprinklers and access control. The building is owned by ATP Real Estate, which is a large real estate investor in Denmark. The value of the agreement is not disclosed.[New Scandic hotel ]"This is a special building to renovate from offices into a hotel and it is very exciting to build a new hotel in the centre of Copenhagen. We are looking forward to close cooperation with Caverion in this project," says Mikkel Birch Gormsen, CEO of MBG Entreprise A/S.The 100-room Scandic hotel will be converted from an office building. It is located in the centre of Copenhagen near Nørreport Station, which is a central traffic hub in Copenhagen. The hotel will have a design inspired by boutique hotels and house a restaurant and a sky bar with views of the city."We are proud to be chosen to this project and are excited to participate in the renovation of a very centrally located building. The logistic challenges will be significant, but we are ready to meet them with our strong collaboration with MBG Entreprise A/S and the teams of other suppliers," says Carsten Sørensen, Executive Vice President, Caverion Denmark.The project in the 3,000 m2building has already started and Caverion's work will be completed in November 2020. Caverion will deliver the project according to DGNB certification (silver), which is a sustainability qualification for both materials and professional deliveries.
