CEO Tobias Byfeldt has today acquired 400,000 warrants in GARO AB (publ).
The acquisition of the warrants has been made in accordance with GARO’s warrant program 2026/2029 resolved at the Annual General Meeting on May 13, 2026, and at market value calculated by an independent valuation agency. The price of the warrant has been set at SEK 2.51.
Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in GARO in three years at a subscription price of SEK 15,38. Subscription of shares by exercise of warrants may be effected as from
15 August 2029–31 August 2029.
