Filip Tottie, who was recently appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will step down from his position. His last working day will be July 11, 2025.
"Nepa is in the midst of a strategic transformation and has, over the past year, appointed several experienced leaders and revised its business strategy to create conditions for profitable growth. In consultation with the board, it has been determined that the role of the CFO position needs to be reconsidered at this stage of the transformation. The company is currently evaluating the scope of the position to align with its strategic objectives and will provide an update once a decision has been made. The management, along with the board and support from the finance team, will continue to drive the strategic transformation effectively.
