As previously announced, Biotage AB (publ) (“Biotage”) has during September 2024 issued 286,440 new class C shares in accordance with the incentive program LTIP 2024 which was adopted by the Annual General Meeting held on April 25, 2024.
Prior to the issue, the total number of shares and votes in Biotage amounted to 80,667,695. Through the issue the number of shares in Biotage has increased by 286,440 shares, corresponding to 28,644.0 votes. As of today, the total number of registered shares of Biotage amount to 80,954,135, whereof 80,049,272 are ordinary shares and 904,863 are class C shares. As of today, the number of votes in Biotage amount to 80,139,758.3, and the registered share capital amounts to SEK 112,526,247.65.
