Changes in Fondia's Executive Leadership Team: Aleksi Lundén appointed as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Teea Lyytikäinen as Chief People & Culture Officer (CPO)

Fondia strengthens its Executive Leadership Team (formerly Group Management Team). Aleksi Lundén has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer and Teea Lyytikäinen as Chief People & Culture Officer. Both will begin as members of the Group's Executive Leadership Team as of 1 January 2026.
Aleksi Lundén (LL.M., b. 1986) has been with Fondia since 2022. He has served as Senior Legal Counsel and team leader, and during 2025 he has been responsible for commercial operations in Finland. In the CCO role, Lundén combines his experience in leading legal functions and in the commercial development of business, strengthening Fondia's ability to deliver strategic value to its customers. Before joining Fondia, Lundén worked as an attorney at Lexia Attorneys Ltd and as a lawyer at KPMG Oy Ab. In his previous positions, he has also held commercial and strategic responsibilities.
Teea Lyytikäinen (MSc, b. 1984) has served as HR Manager at Fondia since 2023, overseeing the development of Fondia's employer brand in addition to managing recruitment and onboarding processes and their operational execution. As of early 2025, she has also assumed responsibility for leading the operational People & Culture function in Finland. Prior to joining Fondia, Lyytikäinen worked for a long time in various corporate service roles at the Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Centres), where she was responsible for, among other things, strategy work at the Häme ELY Centre and managerial roles in internal services within the organization.
