a primary insider of Circa Group AS (the "Company"), has purchased 100 000
shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 4.08 per share. The Purchase
was executed on 1 September 2023.
Following this transaction, Alessandro Napoli owns 100 000 shares in the
Company.
