The annual general meeting of CO2 Capsol (the "Company") was held on Wednesday
24 May 2023 at 15:00h CET.
The Company is pleased to announce that the official name of the Company is
Capsol Technologies AS.
The rebranding reflects the move from offering one carbon capture solution to
now having a portfolio of technology solutions leveraging the same
energy-efficient core process. The broadening of the portfolio is an important
step in the Company's preparation for global scale-up. The ticker at Euronext
Growth Oslo remains unchanged: CAPSL.
