Postponed decision and decision on continuation meeting on 3 October
At the continued general meeting of Creturner Group AB (the ‘Company’) today, 26 August 2025, the following was resolved:
Approval of income statements and balance sheets
The annual general meeting again postponed the approval of the income statement and balance sheet for the Company for the 2024 financial year, as the annual report has not been completed. This will be taken up for consideration at a continued meeting.
The continued meeting will be held on 3 October at 3 p.m., 2025.
The decision is still based on the auditors wanting further documentation regarding information issues, which means that completion has not been possible by the scheduled meeting date.
