The four largest shareholders of Framery Group Plc have appointed their representatives to the Shareholders’ Nomination Board. In accordance with the Charter of the Nomination Board, the Board consists of representatives of the four largest shareholders and the Chair of the Board of Directors of Framery Group Plc as an expert member.
Composition of the Nomination Board in 2026-2027:
Based on the company’s shareholder register dated 1 June 2026, maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd, the four largest shareholders were Vaaka Partners Buyout Fund III Ky, Samu Hällfors, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, and Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company. These shareholders have appointed the following members to the Nomination Board:
In addition, Mika Sutinen, Chair of the Board of Directors of Framery Group Plc, serves as an expert member of the Nomination Board.
In its organizing meeting on 16.6.2026 the Nomination Board elected Ville Koskenvuo as its Chair.
The duty of the Shareholders’ Nomination Board is to prepare and present to the Annual General Meeting proposals on the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors, the number of members of the Board, and the composition of the Board.
