Condo Nordic Holding AB (publ), listed on Spotlight Stock Market, welcomes the final report "A More Flexible Rental Market" ("En mer flexibel hyresmarknad", SOU 2025:65), published on 28 May 2025 by the Inquiry into simpler private rentals and amendments to presumptive rent regulations. The company views the report as essential to a modernised and more dynamic Swedish housing market.
