STOCKHOLM - May 3[rd], 2023 - ContextVision, a medical technology software company specializing in image processing and image analysis, today reports from its Annual General Meeting.

On May 3[rd] 2023, ContextVision held its ordinary Shareholders' Annual General Meeting in Stockholm. The company's robust growth in 2022 and the successful spin off of Inify Laboratories AB has resulted in a strong balance sheet. In the light of this background and in line with the board's recommendation, the Meeting resolved on a dividend corresponding to SEK 0.30 per share and that the remaining profits are carried forward. The dividend will be paid in two equal tranches of SEK 0.15 per payment. The first record day is Friday, May 5[th ]2023, and the second record day is Friday November 3[rd], 2023. The dividend is expected to be paid out on Friday May 12[th] and Friday November 10[th] respectively.

"We are very proud and excited to be able to distribute this cash dividend next to our growth program. Moving forward we plan to similarly evaluate our financial position while also fueling the expansion of our portfolio to address new market segments", says Gerald Pötzsch, CEO of ContextVision.

The Meeting re-elected Sven Günther-Hanssen, Martin Hedlund and Martin Ingvar. Olof Sandén was re-elected as chairman of the board. Magne Jordanger had declined re-election.

"It is great to have Olof's support as the Chairman while we are taking the next leap into the future of ContextVision. It is unfortunate to see Magne Jordanger leave the board after more than 20 years. It has been an honour for me to work with him and I'm thankful for all the contribution he has done for the company over the years. Although he is leaving the board, I know that he will continue being an active shareholder", continues Pötzsch
