Corem has signed an agreement for the sale of the property Ringpärmen 6 in Sollentuna at an underlying property value of SEK 151 million.
The property's lettable area, consisting primarily of office and warehouse space, amounts to approximately 8,000 sq.m. and has a rental value of approximately SEK 14 million. The occupancy rate amounts to approximately 81 per cent.
"The divestment of this property in Sollentuna contributes to a further focus and streamlining of the property portfolio," says Peeter Kinnunen, Head of Transactions at Corem.
The property is scheduled to be transferred to the buyer on 3 November 2026.
