Corem Property Group: Corem divests five properties for SEK 300 million
Corem has signed agreements in four separate transactions to divest five properties at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 300 million.
In Copenhagen, the property 3269b Vanløse is being divested, which was acquired as part of a larger property portfolio in 2018. The lettable area amounts to approximately 8,600 sq.m. and mainly consists of healthcare premises. The tenant is the City of Copenhagen.
In Gothenburg, the property Kindbogården 1:107 is being divested, in Linköping the property Gården 1 is being divested, and in Täby the properties Växellådan 1 and Växellådan 3 are being divested. These properties mainly consist of office and warehouse premises with a total area of approximately 8,900 sq.m.
"Part of the divestment is a step towards continued geographic streamlining of our property portfolio. The divestment of the properties frees up resources that enable investments in other business opportunities," said Peeter Kinnunen, Head of Transactions at Corem.
The property in Copenhagen is planned to be transferred on 31 December 2025, and the other properties are planned to be transferred during the first quarter of 2026.
