Corem Property Group: The Nomination Committee's proposal for the Board of Directors of Corem
The Nomination Committee proposes that Rutger Arnhult, Patrik Essehorn, Katarina Klingspor, Fredrik Rapp and Christina Tillman are re-elected as members of the Board of Directors of Corem Property Group AB (publ) ("Corem") and that Hanna Andreen is elected as a new member of the Board of Directors. Furthermore, the Nomination Committee proposes that Patrik Essehorn is re-elected as chairman of the Board of Directors. Christian Roos and Magnus Uggla have informed the Nomination Committee that they decline re-election. The Nomination Committee's proposal means that the number of members of the Board of Directors during the next term of office will be reduced from seven to six.
Hanna Andreen is the CEO of Flat Capital AB. She has previously been a member of the Board of Directors of Svenska Nyttobostäder AB and Klövern AB.
All proposals of the Nomination Committee will be presented in the notice of the Annual General Meeting and the proposals and the motivation for the proposal on the composition of the Board of Directors will be available on the company's website at the same time.
The present Nomination Committee of Corem consists of Mia Arnhult appointed by M2 Asset Management AB, chairman of the Nomination Committee, Jakob Mörndal appointed by Gårdarike AB, Frank Larsson appointed by Handelsbanken fonder, Johannes Wingborg appointed by Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB and Patrik Essehorn, chairman of the Board of Directors.
