Investor News No. 56/2026: Dataproces enters into an additional subscription agreement for SchulRadar
Dataproces has entered into another agreement with a German municipality for SchulRadar, which supports student enrolment monitoring and school capacity planning. The Company has now signed two subscription agreements for the solution.
SchulRadar was developed from the Excel-based model that Dataproces acquired from Lexis & Rother in June 2026. The agreement supports the Company’s efforts to transform specialist knowledge and established working methods into scalable software generating recurring revenue in the German market.
The background to student enrolment monitoring and the development from Excel to SchulRadar was described in investor news no. 50/2026 of 15 October 2026. The subsequent Excel agreements and the ambition to move more customers to software subscriptions were described in investor news no. 51/2026 of 16 October 2026.

The agreement does not change the Company’s financial guidance for the 2026/27 financial year.
