The company announces that the immediate capital needs described in company announcement 01-2025, as of 28th of March have been resolved.
The company is in continuing dialogue with several parties on securing further funding for the short and longer term and expects to make further announcements in the coming weeks.
All business operations are continuing as planned.
At the same time the company will continue working on finalizing the potential acquisition.
Related to the announced potential acquisition, the acquirer has conducted due diligence and is fully aware of the Company's current position. Upon completion of the acquisition with a minimum ownership of 51%, the acquisition discussion involves substantial funding in the range of approximately $2 million to accelerate the company's growth trajectory.
The company will continue to work on the above and inform the market about potential next steps in the coming weeks.
