<div class="mfn-body"><p>On 25 September 2024, OX2 AB (publ) (“<strong>OX2</strong>”) announced that its board of directors had applied for delisting of the shares in OX2 from Nasdaq Stockholm in accordance with the request from EQT Infrastructure VI, through Otello BidCo AB, which in connection with its public offer has become the owner of more than 90 per cent of all shares in OX2. Nasdaq Stockholm has now approved the delisting application.
