Desenio Group AB (publ) publishes 2025 Annual Report in ESEF format

Desenio Group AB (publ) today announces that the company’s Annual Report for the financial year 2025 is now available in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).

As a consequence of the refinancing completed in 2025, Desenio Group AB (publ) is subject to the requirement to submit its annual report in ESEF format. The company’s original annual report was published on June 16, 2026, and the financial statements and content remain unchanged.

The ESEF report has been submitted to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and is available on the company’s website, deseniogroup.com.
