Digia Oyj: Digia's Financial Calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2027

During the year 2027, Digia Plc will publish the Financial Statement Release, two Business Reviews and the Half Year Financial Report as follows:

• Financial Statement Release 2026: Monday 8 February 2027 at 3.00 pm EET
• Business Review 1-3/2027: Thursday 29 April 2027 at 8.00 am EEST
• Half Year Financial Report 1-6/2027: Tuesday 10 August 2027 at 3.00 pm EEST
• Business Review 1-9/2027: Wednesday 27 October 2027 at 3.00 pm EEST

The Board of Directors' Report and financial statements will be available on Digia's website on Wednesday 3 March 2027.

Digia Plc's Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 7 April 2027. Digia's Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting.
