<div class="abstract">Recent geopolitical developments have increased economic uncertainty and volatility, which may have a negative impact on consumer sentiment and the demand for Dometic's products. Historically, such periods of uncertainty have had a negative impact on the industry, and the Company is beginning to see indications that demand and trading conditions are somewhat weaker than anticipated.</div>In light of this, the Board of Directors considers it proactive and prudent to withdraw the previously communicated dividend proposal in order to maintain financial flexibility.
