Dynavox Group enters into an agreement to acquire Cenomy, gaining direct presence in France

Dynavox Group

Dynavox Group AB (publ), the parent company of Tobii Dynavox and the global leader in assistive communication, has entered into an agreement to acquire all the shares of its reselling partner Cenomy in France. The decision to join forces will bring Tobii Dynavox closer to its customers in France, supporting people with disabilities to communicate more effectively. The transaction is expected to be completed during the coming six months.

Headquartered in Dijon, Cenomy is a supplier of assistive communication solutions and services in France.  Founded in 2018, with a history of over 35 years in the market, Cenomy has grown to currently 19 employees, strategically located across all regions to serve customers throughout the country.

Tobii Dynavox's solutions comprise the majority of Cenomy's revenue, as the companies have a long-standing partnership. Cenomy's revenue in 2024 was around 5 million EUR. Dynavox Group pays the current owner Stanathy 5 million EUR in cash at closing, with a potential additional consideration after a period of two years.

"Cenomy has been a trusted and appreciated partner in France for many years, and we are excited to welcome them into the Dynavox Group family," said Nils Normell, President Europe and the rest of the world, Dynavox Group. "This acquisition is a testament to our commitment to growth, and we look forward to leveraging Cenomy's expertise to better serve our customers in France and ultimately give more people a voice."

"Dynavox Group's vision and values align perfectly with ours, and we are thrilled to join forces," said Stephan Klingler CEO of Cenomy. "It is a natural next step in our partnership, and together we will be able to assist even more people with disabilities in France with assistive communication solutions, driving mutual success and growth."
