On 11 March 2024, Plenborg Holding ApS, a company closely associated to PDMR
Thomas Plenborg, converted 2,093,129 B-shares in ECIT AS into 2,093,129 C-shares
in ECIT AS. The convertion was completed at a price of NOK 6.80 per share.
After the transaction, Thomas Plenborg's total number of shares, including the
shares owned by persons closely associated to him, remains unchanged and as
follows:
2,102,129 shares (all classes) and 285,000 Warrants.

regarding incentive plan.
