Enea AB's Board of Directors intends to initiate a share repurchase program during the fourth quarter of 2026 of up to SEK 20 million, pursuant to the authorization granted by Enea’s Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2026.
A formal resolution to launch the program is expected to be adopted during the fourth quarter of 2026.
Further information regarding the terms and conditions of the program will be announced once the Board has adopted such resolution and in accordance with applicable regulations.
