Envipco - delayed annual report

Amersfoort, 24 April 2026 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or the "Company") announces that the publication of the 2025 annual report will be delayed beyond the 30 April 2026 due date and is expected to be released by 15 May 2026. The Company does not expect any changes to the unaudited earnings published 11 March 2026.
