Pursuant to the synthetic buyback authorization given by the annual general meeting on 26 May 2021, EOS Russia has entered into a swap agreement with Pareto Securities AB that will allow for buybacks to be recommenced subject to normal regulatory restrictions. This program will start on Thursday 10 June 2021.
Information regarding purchases will be communicated at 9:05 CET Monday-Friday, on EOS Russia's web site and through subscription to EOS Russia's NAV-information.
