EQVA ASA: Granting of share options

The Board of EQVA ASA (OSE: EQVA) ("EQVA" or the "Company") has approved the
award and allocation of 940,000 share options, at a strike price of NOK 3,16 per
share. The strike price is set in accordance with the approved annual incentive
scheme, based on the 20 days previous to the final resolution of the grant.

The following persons have been granted share options in the allocation:

Ingrid Due-Gundersen, Chair of the Board: 100,000 share options. Following the
grant, Due-Gundersen holds a total of 2,100,000 share options in the Company.

Hans Olav Lindal, Board member: 100,000 share options. Following the grant,
Lindal holds a total of 100,000 share options in the Company.

Gudmund Øvrehus, Board member: 100,000 share options. Following the grant,
Øvrehus holds a total of 200,000 share options in the Company.

Kari Markhus, Board member: 100,000 share options. Following the grant, Markhus
holds a total of 180,000 share options in the Company.

Olav Hilmar Koløy, Chief Executive Officer: 100,000 share options. Following the
grant, Koløy holds a total of 100,000 share options in the Company.

Daniel Hjertaker Molvik, Chief Financial Officer: 100,000 share options.
Following the grant, Molvik holds a total of 400,000 share options in the
Company.

Sverre Olav Handeland, General Counsel: 100,000 share options. Following the
grant, Handeland holds a total of 300,000 share options in the Company.

Ask Haukaas, Head of Strategy and Business Development: 100,000 share options.
Following the grant, Haukaas holds a total of 300,000 share options in the
Company.

Erik Høyvik, Business Developer: 100,000 share options. Following the grant,
Høyvik holds a total of 266,667 share options in the Company.

The award is in accordance with the approved annual incentive scheme.

The vesting periods for the share options are from 2027 to 2029 and the strike
price is adjusted in the following way:

- Exercise in January 2027: Basis Strike
- Exercise in January 2028: Basis Strike * 1.10
- Exercise in January 2029: Basis Strike * 1.21

Following the grant, the total number of outstanding options in Eqva are
3,373,334. The outstanding number of ordinary shares in EQVA ASA are 89 177 634.
