Is anyone still following this? My own alerts went off when, from a TA perspective, the price is starting to be at an interesting level. Have Trump’s tariffs caused the stock price to fall?

Korona aikaan tuotteet vietiin lähes käsistä, nyt hinnat nousseet jäätävästi ja esim. halvemman segmentin telineet ja boksit poistuneet valikoimasta. Thule voi olla paha kärsijä taantuman nostaessa päätään.

Alkaa olemaan arvostus houkutteleva. Toisaalta niin on monessa muussakin yhtiössä. Pyörien ja suksien kuljetuksessa ainoa relevantti vaihtoehto. Vähänkään enemmän pyörää kuljettavat eivät muita vaihtoehtoja edes mieti.

Samankailtainen tilanne kuin muillakin koronahyötyjillä. Sijoittajan on vaikea arvioida tulevaisuuden tulostasoa. Onko ketään alan asiantuntijaa, tai pyöräilyn harrastajaa foorumilla?

Mielenkiintoinen avaus. Tuotteet ja brändi on hyvät omastakin kokemuksesta, liiketoiminta vakaata, ennustettavaa ja kannattavaa. Oman pääoman tuotto ollut useamman vuoden luokkaa 20%, vapaa kassavirta kasvanut samaa tahtia tuloksen kanssa ja muutenkin pikaisella silmäyksellä vaikuttaa oikein laatuyhtiöltä. Harmi vain, että hinta on vuoden aikana karannut omaan makuuni turhan korkeaksi poikkeuksellisen hyvän kasvuvuoden myötä. Historiassa liikevaihto kasvanut ~8% vuositahtia, ja vastaavan liikevaihto-/tuloskasvun voisi kuvitella jatkuvan tulevaisuudessakin, kun yhtiö itsekin tavoittelee vain >5% vuosikasvua. Osinkotuotto ~2%. Jos olettaa vuosikasvun jatkuvan 8% ja arvostuksen pysyvän samana, olisi sijoittajan vuosituotto 10% PE viime vuoden tuloksella 34,5. Jos 2021 kasvaa 8%, niin PE 2021 32,0. EIkö näihin ole jo ladattu vähän kovemmat kasvuodotukset, vai olenko ihan pihalla järkevästä arvostuksesta? Samaan aikaan Helsingistä saa melkein PE 20 hinnalla vastaavaa oman pääoman tuottoa tekevää Kamuxia, jonka tarkoitus on kasvaa 20% vuodessa.

Hyvä paketti! Itsekkin tutkinut Thulea pidempään holdiin. Thulella pätevä johto ja luvut kohdillaan. Onkohan suunnitelmissa laajentaa muillekkin mantereille?

Thule Group AB is a Swedish company that manufactures outdoor equipment and related solutions. Examples of Thule’s products include roof racks for cars. Roof racks include, for example, ski boxes and bike racks.  History: Thule Group was founded by the Thulin family in 1942. The business idea originated from a fishing product founded by Erik Thulin, which he named Thule. Thulin started selling this product to fishermen in Scandinavia, thus kicking off the business. Thule only shifted to selling car-related equipment in the 1960s, which has become the main driver of Thule’s business. Thule was listed on the stock exchange in 2014.  Financial Figures: Here are a few good slides from Thule’s Q4/2020 report:   Thule’s business consists mainly of four parts:   So, sports and cargo transport, RV products (recreational vehicle), child carriers (e.g., for bikes), and finally various luggage, backpacks, etc. As the image shows, the corona pandemic has had its impact on Thule’s business. The luggage segment has taken a hit as travel has been heavily restricted. The following comment was found regarding the RV segment:   RV has performed excellently in America, where growth has been 73%.  The “Active with kids” segment also performed well with 37% growth. Finally, “Sports and Cargo carriers,” i.e., racks for bikes, among others, had yielded good results, driven by the cycling trend. My own view: Thule appears to be a safe long-term investment if outdoor trends continue to gain popularity. Growth for Thule in America has been good, which could prove to be an excellent growth driver. In America, trends related to a healthy lifestyle have become more common recently. (cf. The total number of shares in the company will then amount to 105,531,646. The company's share capital increases by SEK 10,832.231320 and thus amounts to SEK 1,179,458.735558. The subscription price for the shares was SEK 234.70 per share. Thule Group AB receives SEK 227,473,587 through the exercise of the warrants. The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm around June 26, 2023.The warrant program 2020/2023 covers a total of 1,107,779 warrants and 1,229,634 underlying shares as well as 27 employees, which includes the CEO, group management and other senior employees. The conditions for determining the exercise price for the warrants meant that the cap for the highest realization value was reached at a share price of SEK 276.60.A total of 18 people, of which 6 senior executives, participated in the joint execution and the underlying shares have been sold. In connection with the exercise of the warrant program, Thule AB repurchases 53,126 warrants from four participants in Region Americas who, for regulatory reasons, could not participate in the joint exercise. These warrants will lapse without being exercised. The purchase price for the repurchased warrants has been determined at the market value of the warrants, corresponding to approximately SEK 3.9 million.107,624 warrants, currently corresponding to 119,462 new shares, have not yet been exercised in the 2020/2023 warrant program.
