<div class="bequoted-preamble"><p><strong>On March 11, 2025, it was announced that Eyeon Group AB had entered into an agreement for the conditional acquisition of all shares in Safestate AB. A key requirement was the mandatory FDI notification to be reviewed by the Inspectorate of Strategic Products. Today, the authority has confirmed that it has no objections to the transaction being carried out. As a result, all conditions stipulated in the agreement have now been fulfilled, and the process to complete and take possession of the acquisition will proceed.</strong></p></div><div class="bequoted-body"><p>The purchase price amounts to SEK 101,189,950 and will be paid with newly issued shares in Eyeon Group (the "Consideration Shares"), which will be issued through a non-cash issue where the Sellers contribute their shares in Safestate. The subscription price for each Consideration Share is SEK 15, and the total number of Consideration Shares will amount to a maximum of 6,745,996 shares.
