<div class="abstract">In connection with an international pharmaceutical company optimizing and adapting their office spaces to the new hybrid way of working, they have chosen to install Flowscape's solution in two offices in Sweden and Switzerland. The order value for the first year is approximately SEK 490,000 with an annual recurring cost of SEK 240,000 thereafter.</div>"For this customer, it was important to get accurate statistics on both the use of meeting rooms and workplaces. A decisive factor for the choice of Flowscape was that we have an integration to Cisco's Webex meeting room system. In this way, the customer can use the investment they have already made to be able to measure whether the rooms are being used and how many people are sitting in them. In the smaller rooms, they do not have Cisco equipment and Flowscape's wireless battery-powered presence sensors are installed there. The same sensor is also used for the workplaces. All data is collected into Flowscape's powerful analysis portal where the customer can analyse how the spaces are used.
