Board member Sami Honkonen has apparently loaded up on 26,000 euros worth of Fondia shares.

Here is the new company report on Fondia by Kinnunen.  We are upgrading Fondia’s recommendation to Buy (prev. Accumulate) and our target price to 5.8 euros (prev. 5.2 €). The Q4 report provided convincing evidence of the company’s turnaround in the form of good profitability, and the guidance for 2026 was also encouraging. In our view, the earnings growth outlook for the coming years is strong, but the valuation is reasonable even based on historical earnings. We have only scratched the surface of the company’s potential, and we see the risk-reward ratio as very attractive. Quote from the report: Weak cash flow, but there was a good reason for it The blemish on an otherwise excellent Q4 report was found in the cash flow, which remained very weak for the full year 2025. Cash flow from operations before working capital changes was still good at EUR 2.0 million, but more than EUR 1.5 million in working capital was tied up, particularly as accounts receivable grew significantly. This was due to the implementation of a new ERP system, which caused invoicing to fall behind the normal schedule. We therefore see no reason for concern regarding the collection of accounts receivable, which is important considering the upcoming dividend payment. The Board proposes a dividend of EUR 0.30 per share, which met our expectations and provides a dividend yield of over 6%.
