<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Fragbite Group AB (publ) (“Fragbite Group” or “the Company”) hereby announces that Zara Zamani has resigned from the Board of Directors of Fragbite Group to focus on Lucky Kat and the web3 business area. Zara will instead join the group management team.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Zara Zamani has handed in her resignation from the Board of Directors of Fragbite Group to the Chairman who has accepted and noted that the resignation takes place with immediate effect. In February 2024 Zara Zamani took over as Interim CEO for subsidiary Lucky Kat, a position she will now assume on a permanent basis alongside being a member of the Fragbite Group management team.</p><p>“<em>With Zara stepping up as CEO for Lucky Kat on a permanent basis this is a good time to update the division of responsibility across the group.
