Freetrailer Group A/S achieved an impressive 335,016 rentals during the period from October to December 2024 - an increase of 23% compared to the same period last year.
With 5,225 trailers and cargo e-bikes across 1,358 locations as of 31 December 2024, Freetrailer delivered a strong end to the year. In addition, more than 300 trailers are on order, contributing to our continued growth. Freetrailer expects to have 5,600 rental products in the market by the summer of 2025.
The number of rentals over the past 12 months rose to 1,445,027 as of 31 December 2024 - representing a growth of 36.7% compared to the previous year.
Freetrailer strengthens European expansion
"In December, Freetrailer strengthened our European expansion by forming a new partnership with RataPlan in the Netherlands. The official launch is scheduled for March 2025, but we are already experiencing significant interest in the Freetrailer concept from Dutch partners and customers.
Meanwhile, our Swedish sales team set a new record with 39 contracts signed in Q2 - the highest number ever achieved in a single quarter on the Swedish market. Sweden continues to offer significant growth potential, and at Freetrailer, we are committed to substantially increasing our market share in Sweden in 2025. By the end of the year, we reached 2,002 rental products in the Swedish market, marking an important milestone for Freetrailer," says Nicolai Frisch, Group CEO of Freetrailer.
