Vantaan Energia Sähköverkot Oy has selected Rejlers as its construction management partner for a multi-year project linked to the new light rail system in Vantaa, Finland. The project involves significant renewal and relocation of the power grid along the planned tram route.
Rejlers is responsible for construction management, safety coordination and site supervision for both civil and grid construction works. The project's complexity lies in its dense urban setting and the close collaboration required with multiple stakeholders.

The Vantaa Light Rail will form part of the Helsinki metropolitan public transport network, running from Mellunmäki via Tikkurila to Helsinki Airport. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025, with operations expected to commence in 2029.
