Goodtech has signed a contract with Noranett for the modernization of Skistua
transformer station in Narvik. The project will strengthen critical power
infrastructure in a region preparing for increased activity and international
attention ahead of the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in 2029.
Goodtech's contract scope has an estimated value of approximately NOK 17
million and includes engineering, project management, procurement,
installation, testing, commissioning and documentation of a complete indoor
medium-voltage switchgear and control system. Handover is scheduled for Q4
2027.
The contract will be added to Goodtech's order backlog and supports the
company's targeted growth within critical infrastructure, electrification and
digital control systems. The delivery will contribute to a more robust and
future-ready power system in the Narvik region.
