Gofore selected as KEHA Centre’s partner for an extensive framework agreement
Gofore has been chosen as partner in the wide frame agreement tender of KEHA Centre (The Employment, Development and Administration Centre of Finland). Gofore participated in a total of six of the seven tendered subareas in an overall set of services worth 190 million euros. This release concerns only the first of two extensive packages, for which Gofore received the decision today, 22 October 2026.
The total value of the three areas of extensive development packages, for which Gofore was selected as the supplier, is 100 million euros. In all three areas, Gofore was ranked first in the priority order. Gofore estimates that, therefore, the value of the contract for Gofore is a minimum of 33 million euros.
The length of the newly tendered contract period is six years. In the actual procurements, a priority order is followed for each sub-area. In the sub-areas where Gofore was selected, the anticipated total values and numbers of suppliers are:
Procurement of development and expert services for large-scale development initiatives
In the framework agreements, the object of procurement is expert services for the specification, development, implementation, further development, maintenance, and quality and information security assurance of various information systems, applications, products, and solutions. The services may cover both fixed-term projects and ongoing service needs.
Gofore has collaborated with the KEHA Centre for over 10 years.
“We thank the KEHA Centre for their confidence in Gofore’s ability to continue creating meaningful value for them. We are proud to be able to build Finnish employment services that have attracted international interest,” says Gofore’s CEO Mikael Nylund.
The procurement quantities and values presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the client has no minimum purchase obligation. Gofore received notice of the procurement decision today, 22 October 2026, and the decision becomes legally binding after the appeal period under the Public Procurement Act has ended.
