Green Landscaping Group expands in Finland through the acquisition of Turun Reunakivi- ja Laatta-asennus Oy

Turun Reunakivi- ja Laatta-asennus Oy (Turun Reunakivi) was founded in 1985 and is today led by the second generation Kalle and Petri Engström. Turun Reunakivi, together with its sister company Engarea Oy, offer a full range of landscaping and maintenance services for outdoor environments. The company has approximately 20 employees and is headquartered in Turku, Finland.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Turun Reunakivi- ja Laatta-asennus Oy and Engarea Oy. The transaction is financed with cash and through transfer of shares and is expected to close during the fourth quarter, subject to relevant approvals.
