According to the instruction adopted at Green Landscaping Group's Annual General Meeting 2019, the Nomination Committee shall consist of the Chairman of the Board and three members appointed by the three largest shareholders in the company in terms of voting rights as of the last banking day in September. If any of these shareholders chooses to waive their right to appoint a member, the turn goes to the next largest shareholder in terms of voting rights.
The Nomination Committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting consists of:
Erik Salén (appointed by the Salén family through companies)
Frida Åkerblom (appointed by Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB)
Erik Nordström (appointed by Johan Nordström through company)
Per Sjöstrand (Chairman of the Board)
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting can do so by e-mail to info@greenlandscaping.com with the subject line "Nomination Committee". For submitted proposals to be considered, they should be received by the Nomination Committee no later than 31 January 2026.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Stockholm on 7 May 2026.
