The Company wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Øivind for his significant contributions since the inception of Green Minerals. Øivind has been a driving force in the development of the Company and will continue to be available through a consultancy agreement.</p><p>To this end, Green Minerals is pleased to announce that Ståle Monstad, Board Member and former CEO, has agreed to assume the responsibility as CEO of the Company.
