Günther Mårder acquires shares in Prisma
Prisma Properties AB (‘Prisma’) has been informed that Günther Mårder, proposed member of Prisma’s Board of Directors, has entered into an agreement to acquire a total of 600,000 shares from Alpect Holding AB and Alpect II Holding AB, companies indirectly controlled by Prisma’s principal owners Alma Property Partners I AB and Alma Property Partners II AB (collectively ‘Alma’).
Fredrik Mässing, CEO of Prisma, comments:
“We take a very positive view of Günther making such a significant investment in Prisma in connection with his proposed board assignment. It indicates great faith in Prisma and its long-term value potential, as well as a clear commitment to the board work that lies ahead. Prisma’s management looks forward to working alongside the Board of Directors to create value for all shareholders.”
Günther Mårder, proposed Board member of Prisma, adds:
“Prior to joining the Board, I see it as a natural step to show my confidence in the company’s ability to create great value for the shareholders. I am delighted by the opportunity to acquire a significant shareholding, and look forward to working with the Board to create long-term value for all shareholders.”
Günther Mårder has announced his intention to distribute the acquired shares between himself as a private individual, companies related to him, and family members. The shares will mainly be held in endowment insurance with Nordnet Pension Insurance. The share acquisition does not give rise to any transparency reporting by Mårder, as elections to the Board of Directors will not take place until the Annual General Meeting on 29 April. Alma has filed the required insider notification for the sale.
