On April 27, 2020, the Annual General Meeting of HANZA Holding AB (publ) resolved to introduce a long-term incentive program for executives in the company's group management in the form of warrants, which has now been offered and fully subscribed by the management.
The incentive program (Incentive program 2020/2023) consists of warrants offered to Erik Stenfors, CEO, Lars Åkerblom, CFO and Andreas Nordin, COO. Together, they have obtained all offered warrants, which means that 850,000 warrants have been acquired to a total amount of SEK 365,500.
Each warrant entitles the holder to subscription for one share in the Company at a subscription price of SEK 20 from June 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023.
