An application for permission to build a data center as part of a 16-acre property development in Øksnes has now been submitted to the municipality for processing. The plan is to build a data center on a 3 decare site and initially start operations up to 5 MW, with the possibility of further scaling in the future. As previously announced, Harmonychain has notified the right to lease the data center site with a purchase option if there is a positive response from our wholly-owned subsidiary Arctic Core AS. The plans for the center are to use 2-phase immersion cooling and possibilities are being explored for different uses for the residual heat in the region. </pre>
