<div class="abstract">In accordance with the principles for the appointment of a nomination committee for Image Systems decided by the annual general meeting on May 8, 2024, it is hereby announced that a nomination committee as follows has been appointed, with the chairman of the board Anders Fransson as convener. The selection committee consists of: <ul>	<li>Hans Karlsson, appointed by Tibia Konsult AB </li>	<li>Thomas Wernhoff, own possession </li>	<li>Hans Malm, own holding </li></ul>The nomination committee has appointed Hans Karlsson as its chairman.</div>In accordance with the AGM's decision, the nomination committee must evaluate the board's composition and work and make proposals for the 2026 AGM regarding: <ul>	<li>election of board members and chairman of the board </li>	<li>selection of auditor (in collaboration with the audit committee) </li>	<li>fees to board members and auditors </li>	<li>election of chairman for the annual general meeting </li>	<li>where applicable, change of principles for the appointment of a future election committee </li></ul>Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the election committee can send an e-mail to valberedning@imagesystems.se (heading "To the Election Committee") or a letter to Image Systems' Election Committee, Image Systems AB, Snickaregatan 40, 582 26 Linköping, no later than January 31, 2026.
