Company Announcement No. 5-2023Copenhagen, 31 March 2023Impero is pleased to announce that CTO Allan Lykke Christensen is stepping into the executive management team of Impero as of 1 April 2023.Reporting to the board of directors, Allan will continue to drive the company's product development efforts including the strategic direction of the company's product roadmap.Commenting on the appointment Jørgen Bardenfleth, chair of the board of directors says:"As Impero continues to grow, the representation of technology at the executive board level is imperative to make informed strategic decisions, prioritize innovation and product development and manage cyber security risks effectively. It is a natural next step to include Allan in the executive team along with CEO Rikke Skov and CFO Morten Lehmann Nielsen."Allan is a Danish national with a strong international background from large corporates such as Lego and Siemens along with the scale up experience most recently as CTO of Boyum IT Solutions, a background that proves very valuable in Impero's setting. With over 20 years of technology and software engineering leadership experience from Europe, Asia, and Africa, he has a successful history of setting the strategic direction for products, running operations, and advancing software development initiatives. He has been part of Impero's senior leadership since 1[ ]January 2021 and holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and E-business from Loughborough University.Commenting on the appointment Rikke Skov, CEO of Impero says:"Continuously increasing the value, we bring to the company's customers through constant development of Impero's SaaS platform for Governance, Risk and Control management is of utmost importance for the continued growth of the company.
