For the sake of good order, Karsten Mayland's shares in Impero A/S remain under lockup as per the IPO document.</div>Karsten Mayland has been part of Impero's organization for three years and has today chosen to step down from his role as Chief Commercial Officer. Karsten has led Impero's commercial team and has most recently been involved in the listing of the company on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in April of this year.Chairman of the Board Jørgen Bardenfleth says about Karsten's resignation: "On behalf of the Board of Impero, I thank Karsten for his efforts the past three years. In close collaboration with his team, Karsten has helped secure Impero's successful international expansion.
