Incap Corporation | Stock Exchange Release | September 24, 2026 at 12:00:00 EEST

Incap Corporation has cancelled 192,860 treasury shares in line with the decision of the Board of Directors. The cancellation of shares has been registered with the Finnish Trade Register today.
 
The cancelled shares were repurchased under the share buyback programme announced on 5 August 2026. The repurchased shares are cancelled on a monthly basis.
 
Following the cancellation, Incap holds 14,273 treasury shares including the shares repurchased by 23 September 2026, and the total number of shares in the company is 29,254,767.
