Incap operates in the industrial sector. The company supplies equipment and associated services for industrial companies, where the range includes PCB assembly, system integrations, box building integration, design validation, and inspection methods. The largest operations are in the Nordic countries, the Baltics, and Asia. The company was originally established in 1985 and is headquartered in Helsinki.

Tilinpäätöksestä: “Incap keskittyy orgaaniseen ja epäorgaaniseen kasvuun, ja yhtiöllä on selkeä suunnitelma mahdollisista yrityskauppakohteista. Tämän vuoksi Incap Oyj:n hallitus ehdottaa varsinaiselle yhtiökokoukselle, että tilikaudelta 2024 ei makseta osinkoa.” Itse pidän Incapin valinnasta sijoittaa itse rahat omaan liiketoimintaan   Vielä enemmän pidän selkeästä viestinnästä, missä kerrotaan mitä rahoille ollaan tekemässä. Puk-junaan ei todellakaan kannata hypätä, jos haluaa saada osinkoja. Voi olla että jonain päivänä Incap päätyy osingonmaksajaksi, mutta se päivä ei ole tänään. Oletettavasti kaikki omistajat tämän tietävät.

En itse usko, että kumpikaan heistä olisi tässä “pikkurahojen” perässä, mutta Incapin suurimpien omistajien lista taitaa päivittyä melko nopeasti, siellähän se kohta näkyisi. Kokouksessa oli muistaakseni n. 12 miljoonaa osaketta edustettuna, eikä näistä kukaan vastustanut hallituksen esitystä. Ennakkoon äänestäneistä sitä puolsi yli 30% äänistä. Näinollen 70-80% puolsi tai ei vastutanut osingon maksamattomuutta.

Tätä perinteistä osingoilla vaiko ilman keskustelua minä juuri odotinkin ja tiedä vaikka esimerkiksi tämä olisi triggeri Etolalle? tai Kakkoselle? (harvalla on myydä 500 000 lappua päivässä) pistää lappua laitaan ja napata tilalle jotain osinkoa maksavaa yritystä? Etolahan lisäsi juuri omistustaan aktiassa ja osakkeet ovat kutakuinkin samanhintaisia. Tiedä näistä… Minä liputan yritysostoja jos hyviä sellaisia on näköpiirissä mutta mikäli ei ala kuulua niin kyllä tuosta 77miljoonasta eurosta voisi omistajille jakaa osan.

Ei siellä minusta mitään erityistä kerrottu. Ehkä nyt osakkeenomistajan kannalta oleellisesti osingonmaksun suhteen puhuttiin siitä, että pääomaa on kertynyt reilusti, mutta se halutaan pitää yritysoston varalta kassassa.

Asuapa etelässä. Oliko joku paikalla ja voisiko vähän valaista mitä tuolla käytiin läpi? Liittykö tämänpäivän suuri volyymi ja kurssin 2% lasku millään tapaa tuohon tilaisuuteen?

Huomionarvoinen kauppa heti aamusta Incapin osakkeella kun osaketta vaihtui 100 000 kappaletta hetkessä. Edit. Incap on Helsingin pörssin kolmanneksi vaihdetun yhtiö ja osaketta on vaihdettu tänään jo 5.3 miljoonalla eurolla! Ei kyllä ihan jokapäiväistä. Hinta johon osaketta nyt vaihtuu ei kyllä bingviiniä miellytä.

Hyvä nosto! Ei mikään pieni entrymälli tuo 290 000 osaketta ja kerralla top10 omistajaksi.
