<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Indutrade has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the Danish company Geoteam A/S, www.geoteam.dk, with annual sales of approximately DKK 85 million (SEK 130 million).</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Geoteam is a leading technical trading company that offers high-end measurement instruments, and advanced positioning solutions for professional customers within the geospatial, agriculture and construction segments. The product offering includes instruments, systems and software for primarily geospatial and precision agriculture solutions, including its own RTK-reference network, GPSnet. The company represents the American companies Trimble and PTx Trimble in Denmark. Geoteam was founded in 1999, has 29 employees and is located in Ballerup, Denmark.</p><p>“We are happy to welcome Geoteam – a high-quality company with deep technical expertise and strong supplier and customer relationships – to the Indutrade Group. The acquisition strengthens our cluster of infrastructure measurement technology companies in the Nordics”, said Bo Annvik, President and CEO of Indutrade.</p><p>The closing took place on 17 October and Geoteam will be included in Indutrade's Business Area Infrastructure &amp; Construction.
